Lambis V. Dolkas - Chairman
A Mechanical and Electrical engineer (NTUA) with postgraduate studies in Business Administration (MBA - Athens University of Economics and Business). Previously a Chairman and Chief Executive of the EKO Group of Companies and Operations Director and a board member of Mobil Oil Hellas. He joined the firm in 1990 and is responsible for KANTOR Management Consultants SRL and KANTOR Managements Consultants EAD in Bucharest and Sofia, respectively.
Costas S. Kastrinakis - Vice-President and CEO
A Mechanical and Electrical Engineer (NTUA) with an MA in Management Science (University of Lancaster, Management School, UK). In the past, he has held managerial positions in private and public sector firms. He is a founding member of the firm and holds overall responsibility for the KANTOR Group.
Haris C. Martinos - Vice President
An architect and holds an M.Sc. in Urban and Regional Development from Oxford Brookes University and a PhD from the London School of Economics. He has extensive consulting experience in regional development, employment policies and SMEs. He is the founder and Managing Director of LRDP Ltd in London, now LRDP KANTOR Ltd, and is responsible for LRDP KANTOR Ltd, KANTOR DORADCY w ZARZADZANIU SP Z O.O., KANTOR QWENTES S.A. and international economic development projects, across the Group.
Katarzyna Pladys - Head KANTOR Warsaw
A graduate from Warsaw University (Philology, Management, Journalism, Administration) and the University of Illinois (MBA), she also holds a PhD in Education. Former Deputy Director General of the Foundation for the Development of the Education System and previous director of Phare-funded programmes for the Ministry of Education and EU Youth programme. Before joining KANTOR, she was Deputy Director of CFCU. She has extensive experience in managing and monitoring multi-million euro bilateral and EU co-funded projects with a focus on education, the labour market and cooperation with social partners, as well as public and regional administration.
